1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Darveo.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Darveo.ai provides Voice AI solutions for businesses including dealerships, insurance agencies, and schools. Services include:

  • Automated call answering and routing
  • Appointment booking and management
  • WhatsApp messaging integration
  • Call analytics and reporting
  • CRM/DMS integrations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to make unsolicited calls or spam
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our core services. Downtime for scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be available for extended outages per your contract terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Darveo.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Darveo.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana.
